Contracts
Most types of equipment we
service are eligible for
one of our Guaranteed Maintenance Contracts, from Poster
Printers to multimedia projectors to entire board room
systems. This is a great way to keep your equipment in
top condition because not only can you call on us to
do any necessary repairs, but we will automatically schedule
two preventive service calls per year. Our ultimate goal
is to keep your equipment in good working order so you
never need to call us because of downtime.
Our Standard
Maintenance Contract covers all labor required
to keep your equipment running properly. We will schedule
two preventive service calls per year, and if your equipment
should need repairs or additional servicing between these
calls, we will take care of that too. No matter how much
servicing your equipment requires you pay nothing more
for labor.
In
order to achieve our ultimate goal, stated above, and
ensure that our customer’s equipment gets the
preventive maintenance it needs, we have priced these
contracts very competitively. For most types of equipment
eligible for coverage, the price of this contract is
$300.00. That’s no more than the cost of the two
preventive service calls included in the plan. That means
that for equipment like; Poster Printers, Lettering Machines,
Laminators and Binding equipment, you pay only for the
two scheduled calls, and are covered for any equipment
failure for an entire year. Even better, these two service
calls are already 25% to 50% off of what our competitors
charge. Some types of equipment, like multimedia projectors
and conference room control systems may be slightly higher.
If you cover multiple pieces of equipment at the same
location, discounts will apply.
Our Deluxe
Maintenance Contract includes all of the
benefits above, and also covers any required repair parts.
The cost to upgrade to a Deluxe Contract can be as little
as $50.00 more than the standard rate, depending on the
type of equipment.
Our guaranteed maintenance
contracts are a great way
to get peace of mind, knowing that your system will get
the preventative maintenance it needs, with the assurance
that if your equipment does fail, the repair will be
handled quickly, without concerns over the cost.
Some or all of the parts for
several of the older machines
may not be available from the manufacturer. Many repairs
do not require parts, and some parts are available used.
Every effort will be made to complete all repairs requested.
Consumables are not covered,
nor are repairs required
because of misuse or abuse. We must determine that equipment
is working properly to begin with, but if that can be
accomplished with routine service there is no additional
charge to put the machine into a coverable condition.
